1. What Moxunos is

Moxunos helps you find what you and your group can watch across your own streaming subscriptions, and keeps playback in sync. Everyone uses their own subscription — Moxunos does not host or re-stream any video.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no use that breaks the law or the terms of the streaming services you connect through your own subscriptions.

4. Third-party data and services

Title and availability data comes from TMDB and JustWatch. Moxunos uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Your streaming providers are governed by their own terms — Moxunos is not responsible for them.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" during development. Availability results are a best effort and can be out of date; always confirm on the provider itself.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
